Invitation Management

You have found that your wedding is taking too much time to organise and you are drowning in paperwork. We are happy to take over the time-consuming task of managing all your invitations and guests.

What we will do: 

* Meet with you to choose your invitations from high quality suppliers if you haven’t already.
* Help you with wording and etiquette
* We will order your invitations, proof them and then send them to your guests
* Record and advise you of guest responses, chasing non-replies and noting particular guest requirements such as child-care and diet.
* Act as primary contact for all your guests queries.
* Hand over all collated information so that you can plan seating and liaise with caterers.

If you have lots of guests coming, travelling to your wedding from abroad or requiring accommodation then we can investigate a range of accommodation options for your guests, negotiate group bookings with hotels etc and act as a contact point for all your guests accommodation requirements.

£400 for up to 130 guests, extra guests charged at £5 each
